For local service providers

Spend less time chasing inquiries that do not fit your work.

Rural Property Check is building a reviewed network of local professionals for rural real estate, property improvement and land-development projects.

How the pilot works

Relevant requests, clear territory rules and your own portal.

We are beginning in southern Oklahoma and North Texas. Every provider is reviewed before lead delivery is activated.

01

Choose your fit

Tell us which services you offer and the counties you actually cover. Routes are configured by both county and service.

02

Receive matched requests

Approved partners can use separate addresses for account access, immediate lead delivery and reporting.

03

Track the outcome

Use the Partner Portal to review assigned requests, update progress and receive a weekly or monthly digest.

Who we are recruiting

Nine rural-property service categories.

Choose only the work your company actually performs and list the counties you can serve consistently.

Rural real estate
Gravel delivery or spreading
Driveway installation or repair
Light clearing, grading or land services
Septic evaluation or service
Surveying
Well drilling or water help
Fence installation or repair
Storm shelter or safe-room installation

What a matched request can include

The customer is prompted to provide a real location, service, project stage and written scope before the request reaches a partner.

Location and service

State, county, property ZIP and the specific service requested make it easier to reject work outside your coverage.

Project context

The request includes the customer’s stage and description, while the relevant planning guide encourages measurements, access details and useful questions.

Consent and tracking

The customer agrees to relevant provider sharing. Assigned requests remain visible in your portal so your team can update outcomes and review history.

Provider questions

Founding-partner FAQ

Is there a charge to join the founding-partner pilot?

There is no setup charge during the current founding pilot. Rural Property Check will disclose and obtain agreement to any future commercial terms before they apply.

Will I receive every request from a county?

No. Routing is configured by both county and service. Availability, route status, priority and the information in the request determine which active partner recipients are selected.

Can different team members receive leads and reports?

Yes. A partner can use separate account, immediate-lead and digest addresses, including multiple recipients where appropriate.

Does Rural Property Check guarantee lead volume or booked work?

No. The network does not guarantee volume, exclusivity, customer response, acceptance or revenue. Each provider controls its own evaluation, quote, agreement and work.

What happens after I apply?

The application enters the HQ review queue. If the company and coverage appear to fit, Rural Property Check follows up, verifies the proposed setup, creates the partner account and tests routes before any live delivery is activated.

Tell us about your company.

This is an application—not automatic enrollment. We will review the service area and follow up before creating a partner account or activating a route.

Do not include licenses, insurance documents, tax information or other sensitive records in this form. We will request any necessary verification separately.
